Shortly after the death of Angéline, Edmund would have left (from the west Alberta?) to come back to St-George-de-Windsor, Québec. It is at this time that the brothers and sisters of Angéline would have taken care of the children. Aimé Chainé brother of late Angéline Chainé and his spouse Irène Houle took the care of Fabiola, François Provencher and Malvina took care of Noël and Ernest Barbin and his spouse Léonide Chainé adopted Jean Louis Hémond, but we do not know the adoptive family of Odilon.
NOTE: It was impossible to find Angéline's birth certificate in the parish of St-Georges-de-Windsor.
NOTE: It is possible that Angéline would have died in Alberta.3
