What is the correct place of death & burial for Joseph Augustin Gauron (ID#37293)

Research Notes: While researching the Gauron family tree that pertains to my line I had some difficulties with 2 children of Joseph Gauron (ID#6319) & Catherine Lemay (ID#6320).

I discovered that a few well known internet sites as well as some genealogical “societies” had incorrectly identified the husband of Marie-Anne Chainé (ID#1679)
The proper husband of Marie-Anne Chainé is Joseph Gauron (ID#1680) and not Joseph Augustin Gauron (ID#37293).

One of the main reason this is said is that if one looks at the birth and death records of Joseph Augustin Gauron one can see why this is so.

First, Joseph Augustin Gauron was born 25 Sep 1779 (see copy of this record at his event)
Secondly, Joseph Augustin Gauron died 19 Dec 1784 (see copy of this record at his event)
Thirdly, his death record stipulates that he was approximately 5 years old at his death.
Therefore it can be concluded that the Joseph Augustin Gauron (ID#37293), who is recorded as being born in 1779 could not be the one who married Marie-Anne Chainé 6 Jul 1795 in Gentilly, Nicolet, Québec as he died in 1784.

The person who did marry Marie-Anne Chainé was Joseph Gauron (ID#1680) who was born 26 May 1774.

Hope this can clarify some erroneous information found in many places.
