This Census return lists Ovila and Amelia’s 5 children, but not one named Annette:

Since in the Canadian Census of 1911 in Ontario Annette is not yet born, but then appears as an 8 years old child in the Canadian Census of 1921 could indicate that she was born somewhere in Ontario. Her father did not move to Saskatchewan until 1918 as his obituary indicates,(see his death event for obituary photo). This would mean that Annette was not born in Saskatchewan or Québec. And because she does not appear in either the 1901 or 1911 Census returns would indicate that she was probably born somewhere in Ontario between 1911 and 1918. 1918 being the year her father moved to Saskatchewan.

     Ovila TETREAULT, was born in 1878 in QC, Canada. He married Almeria (Amelie) FORTIN on 8 January 1901 in St-Cyprien, Napierville, QC, Canada.¹ He died on 6 May 1944 in Gravelbourg, SK, Canada.
